Charging at home? We take care of the compensation of € 0,13 per kWh, and more each year.
Since January 1, 2026 you receive an ERE payout for the electricity you charge with. Zeres registers your kWh's with the NEa, trades the Emission Reduction Units on the market and pays out every quarter.
Example calculation
25,000 km per year = € 640 in your account
With an average electric car (5 km per kWh) you charge about 5,000 kWh per year at home. That yields approximately 1,666 EREs. After sale on the emissions market and deducting our commission we pay out € 640 - € 0.13 per kWh.
We sold ERE's of Q1 2026 for € 0,12 per kWh We paid our customers in juli for Q1 volumes.

From signup to your first payout

Fill in your details and the EAN of your grid connection. Takes about 2 minutes.
We register with the NEa
You will receive an email confirmation once we've registered your charger.
You charge, we read it
Submit your kWh volume yourself in the portal, or we read it automatically starting Q2.
Quarterly payout
Retroactively from January 1, 2026. Commission: 19% incl. VAT.

You receive the Zaptec Go 2 and pay it off with your ERE compensation. No purchase costs, no interest.
